Naydu Gonzalez is a Registered Occupational Therapist (OTR) with an amazing ability to identify and relieve pain in the body. She originally hails from Caracas, Venezuela. During college she experienced her own back and severe pain. This lead to her fascination with the human body and therapy. In 1997 she came to America to work for a prominent rehabilitation center. In that time she began studying with a giant of the professional therapy world - John Barnes. Under Barnes she learned the complex and often unknown world of Myofascial Release.
Since then, through mostly word-of-mouth, she has worked on a whopping 8500 pain reducing sessions. She moved to Southern Indiana in 2005 and nine years later became a U.S. Citizen, along with her husband of 19 years, Orlando. In 2008 she started her own business which is today known as Naydu's Wellness.
In addition to being an expert on the body's fascia tissue system, Naydu continues to pursue Craniosacral Therapy and has become a Licensed Massage Therapist. However, all of her degrees and education aside, one of Naydu's best attributes is her ability to listen well and care deeply about her clients. Or as they all seem to say "She just plain makes the pain go away."
“To see a solution to pain you have to look at the big picture overall. Don’t limit yourself to just one route.”
